We offer refunds and exchanges only for the following reasons.

- Damaged product upon delivery

- If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, you are eligible for a refund

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery confirmation, we will inspect the product once returned and offer refunds or exchanges accordingly. All shipping costs for returns are to be paid for by customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

NOTE: We will never under any circumstance issue refunds for custom made shirts due to the nature of custom made shirts, nor will we offer refunds for delayed deliveries before our guarantee of 40 days.

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. It takes us 5 business days to process new orders from the time they are received. After your order is processed, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your shipment's progress.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and can vary depending on factors such as shipping location and carrier delays. Our estimated delivery time is 14-21 business days from the date your order is processed.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any delays that occur during shipping or due to customs processing. Additionally, we are not responsible for any customs fees or duties that may be charged upon delivery.
